With over 20 years experience working for a major NYSE company as the Director of Cash Management, Tracey oversees the administration of James Club Recovery as our Chief Operating Officer. As well, she leads our female “outpatient program” and does individual and group sessions as a mentor in our program. Tracey has led large groups of highly successful teams and encourages our mentees to aim high when setting goals. As a woman of God, she serves the James Club by creating a spirit of teamwork with our staff to facilitate our goals. Tracey is happily married to Ray Rapaglia and a devoted mother to three beautiful daughters; Kylie, Jizelle & Jewelle.
Michael Jokubauskas
Office Manager
Michael Jokubauskas is our Office Manager and Intake Specialist. One of his responsibilities is to do initial assessments and make our new guests feel comfortable and loved. Michael, as well, overseas our office administration and is our Housing Manager. He works side-by-side with our compliance officer to ensure all rules and regulations are followed. He utilizes his experience in office administration to help run the day-to-day operations. Please call the James Club Center between 11am-8pm Monday-Saturday at 954-445-0430.

Glenn is a top criminal lawyer for over 49 years and has also served as a Judge and Assistant State Attorney. Glenn is our Compliance Director to ensure we operate James Club Recovery at the highest of integrity.
