Tracey V Castillo
Chief Operating Officer

With over 20 years of experience working for a major NYSE company as the Director of Cash Management, Tracey oversees the administration of James Club Recovery as our Chief Operating Officer. She also leads our female ‘outpatient program’ and conducts individual and group sessions as a mentor. Tracey has led large, successful teams and encourages our mentees to aim high when setting goals. As a woman of God, she serves the James Club by creating a spirit of teamwork with our staff to facilitate our goals. Tracey is happily married to Ray Rapaglia and a devoted mother to three beautiful daughters; Kylie, Jizelle & Jewelle.

Glenn Roderman
General Counsel

Glenn is a top criminal lawyer for over 49 years and has also served as a Judge and Assistant State Attorney. Glenn is our General Counsel, ensuring that we operate James Club Recovery with the highest level of integrity.

Charlie Robinson
Director

Charlie Robinson’s transformative journey began over 12 years ago when he made the courageous decision to leave behind the destructive grip of drugs. Seeking a deeper sense of purpose and fulfillment, he relocated to South Florida, where he dedicated himself to a life of service, helping countless individuals battling substance abuse issues find their path to recovery.

With a diverse background in the treatment field, Charlie brings a wealth of experience to his role as Program Director at the James Club Recovery program. For over seven years, he served as the Assistant Director of a prominent faith-based program in the region, during which he empowered many individuals to maintain sobriety while fostering meaningful connections with the Lord. As the Program Director, Charlie oversees all aspects of the James Club Recovery program, ensuring it remains a supportive and nurturing environment for those seeking long-lasting sobriety. He is also actively involved in a nonprofit initiative that assists indigent individuals struggling with substance abuse and mental health challenges, reflecting his deep commitment to community service.

Beyond his professional achievements, Charlie is a proud father to two beautiful young children. This November, he will celebrate a significant milestone—10 years of being clean and sober. This personal journey fuels his passion for helping others, and he emphasizes the concept known affectionately as “Charlie’s Concept” among the members of the facility. He believes that everyone in the program is part of one family, united in their goal of supporting each other through the trials of recovery.

Charlie’s unwavering dedication to service and his faith-based approach continue to inspire those around him, proving that freedom from addiction is not only possible but can be a source of hope for countless individuals seeking a better life.

John Burd
Program Manager

John Burd is the Program Manager at James Club Recovery, bringing a unique combination of professional leadership, academic achievement, and lived recovery experience to the organization. He holds a Master of Science degree and has extensive experience owning and operating multiple multi-million-dollar businesses, providing him with a strong foundation in management, structure, and accountability.

In addition to his professional background, John is sober and personally experienced in the challenges of addiction, allowing him to connect with clients on an authentic and relatable level. His lived experience enhances his ability to guide individuals through early recovery with empathy, honesty, and practical insight.

As Program Manager, John oversees the entire sober living program, including daily operations of the facility, client progress, and the mentoring program. He works closely with residents to ensure program compliance, personal accountability, and meaningful engagement in recovery-focused activities. John also collaborates with staff and mentors to maintain program integrity and consistency.

John plays a key role in the development and oversight of the mentoring program, ensuring clients receive structured guidance, life skills support, and recovery accountability. His leadership emphasizes personal responsibility, sustainable sobriety, and long-term success beyond treatment.

Through a balance of compassion, discipline, and real-world experience, John Burd remains committed to helping individuals rebuild their lives, restore trust, and become productive, law-abiding members of the community. His work reflects a deep belief that recovery is possible with the right structure, support, and leadership.
