Our Program:
Our vision at James Club Recovery was inspired by the original genius of the highly successful AA** program of 1935. We believe in a unique concept called the “7 S’ to Success” coupled with 12 steps and giving back to the community by doing much volunteer work. We stress the “Absolute Essentials” with the spiritual principles from the teachings of Jesus; The book of James (wisdom), 1 Corinthians 13 (love), and the Sermon on the Mount (humility). These same concepts can be found in almost every religion, or as we like to think of it, in every path to God. Our goal for you or your loved one is *permanent sobriety and to experience an amazing new inner joy that comes from a “spiritual awakening.”
Continuum of Care:
As a member of the Broward County Reentry Coalition Committee, we are extra sensitive to the needs of individuals re-entering society after being incarcerated. We provide employment placement services to our guests helping them to find honest jobs. Our pledge is to offer assistance, support, and love to deserving individuals who have paid their debt to society.
*James Club does NOT guarantee results
** We are not an AA or NA program and respect and admire both fellowships.
*** All of our fellowship meetings are held offsite. We are a home for substance abusers and alcoholics but not a substance abuse treatment center and do not dispense medications nor provide counselors.
