Grace PeriodBeds

Subject to availability, if an individual is indigent and requires a grace period before rent can be paid, the James Club wants to help. That person must demonstrate willingness and must commit to doing their best. We will extend a reasonable amount of time for that individual contingent upon them seeking employment. To qualify for this program an individual must have two forms of valid and current ID including SS card (no copies). This ensures that the individual has the best chance of securing employment at a quality employer. Please ask any staff member for more details on this program.

We request that you visit our conveniently located office in downtown Fort Lauderdale for your face-to-face assessment. We will immediately give you a 12 panel drug test and breathalyzer to ensure the sobriety in our homes.

Our intake specialist will guide you through our online application process. We will ask a series of very important questions to get to know you better with the goal of helping you with addiction recovery in any way that we can.

Our staff manager will then set an appointment for your one on one orientation to thoroughly go over our protocol and procedures. We as well will answer any of your questions. We will stress that this information, as well, is on all of our notification boards in each one of the Clubs.

You will then be assigned a bed and be introduced to the senior man of that house. The senior man, as well, will sit with you and explain how everything works.

Our founders stress to all new clients that if you need ANYTHING, especially food, please let us know.
